Francis Dejesus, 52, of 53 Garfield Ave., first floor, was charged Monday with disorderly conduct and third-degree criminal mischief.

Jessee Pond, 32, of 17 Cinderella Lane, Quaker Hill, was charged Monday with first-degree failure to appear in court and second-degree failure to appear in court.

Norris Tillery Jr., 48, of no certain address was charged Monday with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree threatening.

Stonington

Felipe Garcia, 52, of Westerly was charged Sunday with driving with a suspended license, failure to drive right and violation of probation.

Victoria L. Walters, 25, of 12 Marlin Drive, Pawcatuck, was charged Monday with disorderly conduct and interfering with a police officer.
