Heather Kirk, 31, of 242 Nautilus Drive, Unit 218, was charged Thursday with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

Adam Wallace Brousseau, 31, of 242 Nautilus Drive, Unit 218, was charged Thursday with breach of peace and interfering with a 911 call.

Samuel Roche, 49, of 18 Brewer St., Apt. 2, was charged Thursday with possession of cocaine.

Wayne Williams, 68, of no certain address was charged Friday with first-degree trespassing.

Phillip Smith, 39, of 130 3rd Ave. was charged Friday with possession of narcotics and sale of narcotics.

Mariza Lugo, 35, of 83 Mansfield Road was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license and failure to stay in lane.

Melvin Simmons, 27, of 450 Norwich Ave., Taftville, was charged Friday with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree threatening.

Robert George Kelley, 56, of Torrington was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Angel Ramos, 33, of 172 Connecticut Ave. was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license, failure to stop at a stop sign and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.

Catherine Donahue, 56, of 255 Route 2A, Preston, was charged Thursday with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Kelly Vais, 49, of 646 East Main St. was charged Thursday with possession of narcotics, and possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana.

Tammy Scovish, 47, of 646 E. Main St. was charged Thursday with violating probation.

Joseph Trajan, 23, of 55 Clearview Drive was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Sonya Davis, 47, of 76 Laurel Hill Ave. was charged Friday with disorderly conduct, misuse of 911 and falsely reporting an incident.

Stephen Riter, 50, of 75 Crescent Street, Apt. 1, was charged Saturday with criminal violation of a protective order.

Edward Tiska, 65, of 170 Elizabeth St., Unit 206, was charged Saturday with intimidation based on bigotry or bias.

Waterford

Katie Kennedy, 33, of 73 Horse Pond Road, Salem, was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license and misuse of plates.
