Norwich man killed in Haddam head-on collision

Haddam — A Norwich man died in a head-on crash near 631 Route 81 on Thursday evening, state police said.
Police said 41-year-old Andrew Douglas Hamilton of 219 Broadway, Apt. 3, died when his 2004 Dodge Neon collided with a 2004 Chrysler Sebring LX driven by 40-year-old Victoria Foxx of North Haven.
A Haddam Ambulance crew took Foxx to Hartford Hospital with suspected serious injuries.
Police, who said the crash is under investigation, didn’t say how the two cars collided.
