Tired of racism that persists in the world

We are fortunate that the world is made up of diverse races. Unfortunately racism does exist and it is prevalent − everywhere!

    Racism isn’t born, it’s taught.

I’ve taught my children there is more than skin color that matters, most important is what’s on the inside of a person’s heart. It saddens and angers me seeing my bi-racial children, friends and family experiencing this.

It’s frustrating seeing this in the workplace with employers. Is there a solid reason to ask Americans to check off boxes about their racial and ethnic identities? Employers won’t admit the issues about race, but actions speak louder than words. My friend has been targeted with heartless, toxic white people at his work. He is a very loyal, dedicated, hard worker and is being overlooked because of his color. He’s definitely not receiving the same opportunities as the white people.

No individual should ever suffer discrimination. My children have experienced racism since they were born due to being bi-racial. I’m so worried for them entering the workplace.

Hatred, racism and extremism have no place in this country, life, or society. God loves every color, which is why he created so many.
