Three Thanksgiving football games moved to Wednesday night
Three of the four local Thanksgiving Day high school football games have been rescheduled to Wednesday at 6 p.m. because of weather.
The Norwich Free Academy at New London, East Lyme at Waterford and Ledyard at
Fitch games were all switched due to a forecast that is expected to bring unseasonably cold temperatures to the region that could result in sub-zero temperatures factoring in the wind chill.
The only Thanksgiving Day game still on as scheduled is Stonington at Westerly at 10 a.m.
