    Groton City

    Yashira Cruz-Ramos, 36 of no certain address was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving when registration or license is refused or suspended, failure to drive in proper lane, failure to carry minimum insurance, improper use of marker, registration or license and cellphone use while driving a vehicle.

    Groton Town

    Cynthia Burton, 34, of 84 Charter Oak Drive was charged Wednesday with second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault and risk of injury. 

    East Lyme

    Michael V. White, 38, 265 Jefferson Ave., New London, was charged Wednesday on a warrant with second-degree unlawful restraint and second-degree breach of peace.

    Lisa J. Conte, 56, of 215 Main St., Apt. 108, Niantic, was charged Tuesday with failure to drive right and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    State police - Montville

    Eugene N. Delevante, 39, of Stratford was charged Tuesday in Montville with possession of a controlled substance.

    Randy A. St. Jean, 28, of Sprague was charged Wednesday in Montville with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Norwich

    Amber Wagner, 28, of 118 Norwich Ave. was charged Nov. 30 with fifth-degree larceny.

    Jennifer Precourt, 35, of 15 Fern St., New London, was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license.

    Alexander Santana, 20, of Corrigan-Radgowski Correctional Center was charged Wednesday with second-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

    Raymond Ayala, 26, of Willimantic was charged Wednesday with violation of a standing protective order.

    Michael Labine, 24, of 404 Boswell Ave. was charged Wednesday with violation of probation.

    Waterford

    Shelby Clayton, 24, of 10 Mountain Ave., Norwich, was charged Tuesday with violation of probation and second-degree failure to appear in court.
