Norwich lights up

Norwich — The City Hall came alight Friday during its annual holiday event.

Norwich Public Utilities sponsored the free photos with Santa during the Light Up City Hall festivities. Entertainment included ventriloquist Donald Beebe, balloon animals by "Stilts" and carols by Voices of the Sun choir from Mohegan Sun.
