Lyme Art Association presents two new shows
On Friday, the Lyme Art Association unveils two new exhibitions of work by member artists.
"The Associate Artists Exhibition" includes pieces by emerging and established artists, while "Newly Elected Artists" boasts work by the nine artists who've passed the rigorous selection procedure to become members of the association: Ralph Acosta, Harley Bartlett, Melissa Imossi, Karen Israel, Randie Karl, Steve Linde, Mary Mellot, Judy Perry, and Michael Rogan.
An opening reception for both shows takes place from 2 to 4 p.m. Jan. 27 at the Lyme Art Association, 90 Lyme St., Old Lyme. Admission is free.
