    New London

    Robert Brown Jr., 56, of 325 Huntington St. was charged Saturday with first-degree trespass.

    Matthew Tulba, 23, of 4 Sunnie Crest Drive, Waterford, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to use headlights.

    Hank Fleetwood Jr., 18, of 206 Nautilus Drive, Apt. 2, was charged Sunday with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct and possession of marijuana.

    Stephanie Pepin, 33, of 9 Arcadia St. was charged Sunday with possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana paraphernalia and simple trespass.

    Christian Rodrigues, 28, of 16 S. D St. was charged Sunday with interfering with a police officer and failure to submit to fingerprints.

    Vijay Rodrigues, 27, of Wethersfield, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and interfering with a police officer.

    Kyjae T. Hargrove, 19, of New Haven, was charged Saturday with driving an unregistered motor vehicle and reckless driving.

    William S.J. Goldbach, 48, of Waterbury, was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license and failure to drive right.

    Mark J. Hersom, 38, of Holyoke, Mass., was charged Saturday with second-degree breach of peace.

    Jessica R. Page, 36, of 30 Main St,. Old Mystic, was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license and failure to drive right.

    Joseph Richardson, 35, of 130 Ledyard St., New London, was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license and driving without minimum insurance.

    David Hohn, 39, of 143 Blyndenberg Ave., New London, was charged Sunday with driving with a suspended license and failure to drive right.
