Dominic Clyde Lightfoot, 32, of 208 Shaw St., New London, was charged Sunday as a fugitive from justice.
Christian McDonough, 25, of 78 W. Main St., Niantic, was charged Sunday with possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia, tampering with evidence, interfering with an officer and disorderly conduct.
Winston Tate, 48, of 488 W. Main St., was charged Sunday with interfering with police and disorderly conduct.
