Trump correct extracting U.S. from conflicts
As the president says, it’s time to end stupid wars in the Middle East. The U.S. Pentagon has been run by warmongers such as retired Gen. Jim Mattis, the recently resigned secretary of defense. How many hospitals have the U.S. bombed, killing innocents?
We started the war in Iraq for nonsensical reasons. President Bush and Secretary of State Colin Powell claimed Saddam Hussein had weapons of mass destruction, which were not found.
The U.S. needs a General Eisenhower, who told America not to believe in warmongers. President Trump did the right thing regarding Mattis and the current Pentagon. Keep our soldiers at home and stop the irresponsible wars.
