I am a supporter of Jason Catala. He is running as a petitioning candidate in New London’s 39th House District.

He appeared at my door and outlined some of his plans. He is not for taxing us more. We already pay high property taxes in New London. Catala wants to hold those in Hartford accountable.

Catala wants to reduce the fluff spending. He wants to better utilize the casino and lottery dollars so that more appropriations can be made into New London's budget.

I have followed Catala's Board of Education career. Currently he chairs the policy committee. This experience is tremendous for him as he wants to move forward and create and support bills that will make a difference for New London residents.

It’s important to know that no one works harder than Jason Catala. His resume speaks for itself. Currently he is working in various fields, education, small business and for a non-profit, all the while he is serving in his 7th term on the New London school board.
