Groton City

Franklin R. Bryson Jr., 47, of 404 Bridge St., No. 109, was charged Sunday with first-degree strangulation, third-degree assault, threatening, disorderly conduct, criminal violation of a restraining order and third-degree criminal mischief.


Marc Mokrzycki, 40, of East Hampton was charged Monday with first-degree threatening, second-degree harassment and second-degree breach of peace.

Laura J. Wedge, 47, of 24 Caulkins Road was charged Friday with failure to drive right and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
