    East Lyme

    Jesse W. Rando, 30, of 16 River Dale Landing, Old Lyme, was charged Sunday with third-degree assault.

    Jeffery K. Henson, 27, of 3 Forsyth Road, Salem, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and improper passing.

    Mashantucket Pequot Tribal

    Emanuele R. Amenta, 42, of Wethersfield, was charged Wednesday with first-degree criminal trespass, breach of peace and failure to submit to fingerprinting.

    Brooks Beaudoin, 36, of Lewiston, Maine, was charged March 19 with second-degree reckless endangerment and breach of peace.

    Danielle M. Henson, 35, of 39 Bayview Ave., Stonington, was charged March 18 with sixth-degree larceny, first-degree criminal trespass and breach of peace.

    Mishquock Northup, 18, of 12 Ephraims Path was charged March 18 with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Andre D. Kirkwood, 21, of 91S 2nd Ave., Taftville, was charged March 18 with interfering with a police officer and breach of peace.

    Shawn Brown, 21, of 548 Ocean Ave., New London, was charged March 14 with second-degree assault, second-degree reckless endangerment and breach of peace.

    Jose M. Robles, 54, of 16 Penobscot St., Norwich, was charged March 10 with fifth-degree larceny.

    Thomas Antosca, 21, of Attleboro, Mass., was charged March 10 with breach of peace.

    Michael Bracani, 37, of Milford, N.H., was charged March 9 with breach of peace and three counts of third-degree assault.

    Sharelle Turner, 39, of Dorchester, Mass., was charged March 9 with possession of a controlled substance.

    William Dick, 36, of Stratford, was charged March 9 with possession of a controlled substance.

    Jessica D. Curless, 29, of 36 Mountain Ave., New London, was charged March 9 with possession of a controlled substance.

    Kyeesha S. Gonzalez, 26, of New Haven, was charged March 9 with breach of peace.

    Dennis J. Garofalo, 34, of Norfolk, Mass., was charged March 9 with first-degree criminal trespass, interfering with a police officer and third-degree criminal mischief.

    Joseph W. Keane, 30, of Waltham, Mass., was  charged March 6 with possession of marijuana with intent to sell, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of more than 4 ounces of marijuana and breach of peace.

    Julian J. Ortiz, 32, of Bozrah, was charged March 6 with disorderly conduct, first-degree criminal trespass and two counts of third-degree criminal mischief.

    Solomiya Golovatska, 21, of Wethersfield, was charged March 6 with breach of peace, interfering with a police officer and first-degree criminal trespass.

    Mark M. Rosa, 38, of Boston, Mass., was charged March 5 with third-degree larceny.

    Dakota J. Pedro, 21, of 54 Tift St., Jewett City, was charged Saturday with evading responsibility and failure to drive right.

    Laurie Fultz, 60, of Ashford, was charged Monday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Old Lyme

    Paul Thomas Kelly, 42, of Wethersfield, was charged March 14 with second-degree harassment.

    State police - Westbrook

    Christopher Ostby, 30, of 13 Victoria Lane, Old Lyme, was charged March 18 at Troop F in Westbrook with using a vehicle without permission and disorderly conduct.

    Thomas Coty, 55, of 8 Spruce St., Old Lyme, was charged March 7 in Old Lyme with third-degree criminal mischief.

    Mareli E. Vargas, 47, of 23 Maplewood Drive, East Lyme, was charged March 6 with third-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny.

    Grisell Grunwell, 66, of 13 Boggy Hole Road, Old Lyme, was charged March 6 with third-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny.

    Stonington

    Gregory V. Allen, 22, of 35 Bruggeman Place, Mystic, was charged Sunday with breach of peace and second-degree failure to appear in court.
