    Groton City

    Alraheem Williams, 30, of Manchester was charged Friday with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

    A 17-year-old juvenile was charged Saturday with second-degree assault, third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace.

    Jennifer Shanahan, 28, of Clinton, was charged Saturday with second-degree breach of peace.

    John J. Voisine, 52, of 101 Thames St., No. 5, was charged Sunday with second-degree breach of peace.

    Groton Town

    Hailey E. Barrett, 25, of Manchester was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the established lane.

    Shannon Leigh Breton, 30, of Brooklyn was charged Saturday with failure to drive in the proper lane and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Darron J. Mosley, 32, of 91 Crown Knoll Court, Unit 134, was charged Friday with failure to drive in established lane, traveling unreasonably fast, reckless driving, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, passing in a no-passing zone and three counts of third-degree criminal mischief.

    Christopher Wright, 30, of 25 Blumenthal Road, Uncasville, was charged Friday with failure to have tail lamps, possession of less than a half-ounce of cannabis and having a weapon in a vehicle.

    Jermel R. Jacklin, 39, of 309 Crystal Ave., New London, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in the established lane and use of hand-held mobile device while driving.

    Alana Rhymer, 35, of Carmel Hamlet, N.Y., was charged Sunday with second-degree breach of peace.

    Danielle S. Cumberbach, 40, of Waterbury was charged Sunday with second-degree breach of peace.

    Christa S. Moses, 31, of New Britain was charged Sunday with second-degree breach of peace.

    Ju H. Kwak, 61, of 960 Poquonnock Road, Apt. 4, Groton, was charged Thursday with first-degree criminal trespass.

    Stacy A. Rivera, 48, of Southbury was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    James P. Hoare, 41, of Floral Park, N.Y., was charged July 10 with possession of hallucinogens with intent to sell.

    Jacob Isaac Komarow, 23, of San Diego, Calif., was charged July 9 with possession of a controlled substance.

    Judith O. Alaconis, 79, of Guilford was charged July 7 with evading responsibility.

    Johnathan Golart, 33, of 18 Rainbow Drive, Uncasville, was charged July 4 with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Shannon Noble, 43, of Middletown, was charged July 7 in East Lyme with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, following too closely, third-degree criminal mischief, interfering with an officer/resisting and second-degree breach of peace.

    Dantaya Bentancourt, 23, of 63 Franklin St., Apt. 1, was charged Monday with third-degree assault.

    Alex Kamakani, 29, of 49 Cutler St., Apt. 3, was charged Monday with criminal violation of a protective order.

    Norwich

    Hassan Malik Foster-Carney, 24, of 532 N. Main St. was charged Saturday with third-degree assault, third-degree criminal mischief and second-degree burglary.

    Rosaria Merizier, 25, of 495 Laurel Hill Ave., 16B, was charged Saturday with third-degree assault.

    Justin Bleau, 29, of 924 Fourth St. was charged July 6 with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

    Natavya Jacobs, 18, of 30 C Hamilton Ave. was charged Monday with breach of peace and risk of injury to a minor.

    Antonio Acevedo, 30, of 44 Williams St. was charged Monday with three counts of criminal violation of a protective order and one count of criminal violation of a restraining order.

    Waterford

    Alan Van Valkenburg, 61, of 851 Bank St., New London, was charged Monday with criminal impersonation and interfering with an officer. 

    Anthony Adams, 29, of 56 Hamilton Ave., Norwich, was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane and failure to wear seat belt.
