Jennifer Shanahan, 28, of Clinton, was charged Saturday with second-degree breach of peace.

John J. Voisine, 52, of 101 Thames St., No. 5, was charged Sunday with second-degree breach of peace.

Hailey E. Barrett, 25, of Manchester was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the established lane.

Shannon Leigh Breton, 30, of Brooklyn was charged Saturday with failure to drive in the proper lane and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Darron J. Mosley, 32, of 91 Crown Knoll Court, Unit 134, was charged Friday with failure to drive in established lane, traveling unreasonably fast, reckless driving, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, passing in a no-passing zone and three counts of third-degree criminal mischief.

Christopher Wright, 30, of 25 Blumenthal Road, Uncasville, was charged Friday with failure to have tail lamps, possession of less than a half-ounce of cannabis and having a weapon in a vehicle.

Jermel R. Jacklin, 39, of 309 Crystal Ave., New London, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in the established lane and use of hand-held mobile device while driving.
