Victor Rivera, 30, of no certain address was charged Saturday with violation of a protective order.

Norwich

Kevin Mooney, 28, of 463 E. Main St., Apt. 3, was charged Sunday with disorderly conduct, second-degree assault, second-degree criminal mischief and breach of peace.

State police — Montville

Christopher A. Ruley, 28, of 13 Dey St., Apt. A, was charged Saturday in Griswold with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

Andre Williams, 31, of 104 N. Main St. was charged Sunday in Griswold with disorderly conduct, violation of a standing criminal protective order, third-degree assault and third-degree strangulation.
