Elect Rob Pero to New London Board of Education
I am writing to urge the great City of New London to elect Rob Pero to serve on New London’s Board of Education. New London is in the middle of some very troubling times and Rob's extensive experience in government and community support can help New London correct its course.
Rob Pero was born, raised and attended school in New London. Rob has a tremendous work ethic that he surely inherited from his father. Rob’s work ethic is second to none and his dedication to New London has spanned decades.
I had the pleasure of volunteering side by side with Rob for three years when our sons were in New London Little League. Rob and I were already friends, but I saw a different side of Rob that being a friend doesn’t always allow you to see. I saw a man that treated every child on the team as if it were his own. Rob helped our team grow in so many ways, and the kids will forever benefit from having Rob as a coach.
I hope voters will do the right thing and elect Rob Pero to the Board of Education.
