Passero serves his diverse city of New London well
As a proud longtime resident of New London, I feel our city has been well served by Mayor Michael Passero, and we would do well to vote him in for another term. Mike has been a role model for our youth, always being present at sports and cultural events, and happily celebrates all New London's various cultures and communities. Whether at the front of the SOMOS New London parades with former State Rep. Chris Soto, or at the rally for Puerto Rico with Councilor Efrain Dominguez, Mayor Passero has stood with our Latino community and we appreciate it!
Not only is our mayor there for us, he has made it a point to bring on young Latino and African-American leaders to his campaign team. He is directly creating opportunities for young people in our community to learn about politics and their community decisions. They are gaining valuable career skills like being able to communicate directly with city officials to express what they want from New London. That type of experience creates the future leaders of New London that we need. Mayor Passero will create even more opportunities for all New London’s youth if given another four years as our mayor.
¡Palante con Mike Passero!
