Home invasion reported on State Pier Road in New London
New London — Police have arrested two juveniles and are seeking more suspects as part of an investigation into a reported home invasion at a residence on State Pier Road Monday afternoon.
Police said there were two victims in the 3:17 p.m. crime, both of whom were taken to the hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.
Two male suspects, at least one of them caught in the area of the McDonald’s restaurant on Colman Street, are in custody. New London Police Capt. Brian Wright, in a statement, said additional perpetrators were reported to be involved.
The investigation remains active. Further information was not immediately available.
