Tractor-trailer carrying paper goods rolls over on I-95 in Old Lyme
Old Lyme — Interstate 95 northbound near Exit 70 was closed Thursday morning due to an overturned tractor-trailer.
The rig, which was carrying paper goods, rolled over about 7:15 a.m., according to Connecticut State Policeat Troop F.
It was not clear what caused the crash, but at least one other vehicle was involved, police said.
I-95 north was closed to traffic between exits 70 and 71. The road reopened by 10 a.m., police said.
No injuries were reported.

“The victim was transported to William Backus Hospital for head injuries,” police said in a news release Wednesday. The victim died Jan. 17 after succumbing to the injuries she sustained.
