Groton Town

Giani K. Velez, 27, of 66 Jay St., No. 9, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Rachelle L. Andrews, 49, of 34 D St., was charged Saturday with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Luis A. Quiles, 29, of 38 Lee Ave., New London, was charged Saturday with sale of certain illegal drugs.

Marcus J. Henderson, 39, of 595 Buddington Road was charged May 28 with second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault, second-degree strangulation and first-degree unlawful restraint.

Stonington 

Jason Rondeau, 43, of 93 Liberty St., Pawcatuck, was charged Sunday with second-degree breach of peace, interfering with an emergency call and second-degree reckless endangerment.

Laura K. Shea, 43, of 16 Downer St., Apt. 2, Pawcatuck, was charged Sunday with driving with a suspended license.

Wyndell R. Hall, 24, of 35 Stillman Ave., Apt. 1, Pawcatuck, was charged May 29 with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief.

Courtney M. Sanders, 25, of 10 Olivia Lane was charged May 25 with second-degree breach of peace.

Nathaniel A. Smith, 21, of 24 Hunters Road, Norwich was charged May 24 with possession of narcotics and possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana.

Brittney A. Manwaring, 30, of 136 North Bridebrook Road, Niantic, was charged May 24 with possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Lisa M. Bickford, 44, of 3 River Crest Drive, Pawcatuck, was charged May 22 with second degree breach of peace.

Andrew S. Bickford, 45, of 3 River Crest Drive, Pawcatuck, was charged May 22 with second degree breach of peace.
