    Police logs - July 29, 2020

    Groton Town

    Atianna Arder, 24, of 91 Baker Road was charged Sunday with following too closely (noncommercial motor vehicle), fourth-degree criminal mischief, second-degree breach of peace, criminal attempt at second-degree assault and third-degree assault.

    Shaquan D. Stone, 30, of 111 Truman St., No. 1, New London, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in proper lane and possession of less than a half-ounce of cannabis.

    Joshua R. Chapman, 38, of 127 Midway Oval, was charged Saturday with third-degree assault.

    Arleen De La Cruz, 22, of Brooklyn, N.Y., was charged Friday with second-degree breach of peace.

    Ashley A. Suero, 21, of 404 Bridge St., No. 325, was charged Friday on a warrant with third-degree identity theft.

    David Libby, 53, of 90 Sleepy Hollow Drive, Niantic, was charged July 22 with fifth-degree larceny. 

    Kenneth L. Brown, 41, of 12 Platoz Drive, Apt. E, Uncasville, was charged July 20 with violation of protective order.

    Norwich

    Jose M. Cruz, 31, of 27 Mechanic St. was charged July 22 with first-degree criminal trespassing.

    Christopher A. Ruley, 48, of 615 Boswell Ave. was charged Saturday with third-degree assault.

    Eduardo Guilbert, 22, of 51C Henry St. was charged Saturday with interfering with police, possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana and first-degree failure to appear in court.

    Steven Goodwen, 42, of 12 Harland Road was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

    Kenneth E. Lebron, 27, of Willimantic was charged Monday with unauthorized possession of a controlled substance, failure to keep prescription drugs in the original container and interfering with police.

    State police - Montville

    Amie Lee Robinson, 41, of Voluntown was charged Monday in Voluntown with unlawful discharge of a firearm and carrying a firearm while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Waterford

    Steven Allen, 46, of 72 Fairview Ave., Mystic, was charged Monday with possession of a controlled substance, failure to display reflectorized safety number plate, operating or towing an unregistered motor vehicle, insurance coverage fails minimum requirements, misuse of plates and driving when license is refused, suspended or revoked. 

    Richard Decosta, 26, of 18 Crestview Drive, Gales Ferry, was charged Monday with violation of restraining order.
