If Trump fills court's vacancy, Biden may benefit

A new conservative judge before elections could be a good thing. For those who do not like President Trump but want a conservative court will get what they want and be free to vote for Joe Biden. If the Democrats fight the nomination it will be a reason for voters to vote for Trump to get that judge in January. Many independents want the court to change at any price.
