Christopher Sandborn, 28, of 10 Birmingham Court was charged Wednesday with first-degree strangulation, third-degree assault and risk of injury to a minor.
Bethany Ballard, 31, of 104 Williams St., Apt. 2B, was charged Thursday with third-degree assault and interfering with police.
Rodolfo Ortiz, 39, of 11 Chappell St. was charged Thursday with breach of peace, violation of probation, attempted second-degree assault and possession of a dangerous weapon.
Arcadio Ramos, 39, of 104 Lincoln Ave., Apt. 3, was charged Thursday with violation of a restraining order.

Jeannette S. Lawyea, 32, of Plainfield was charged Thursday in Lisbon with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs with a passenger under 18.
Thomas F. Moniz, 37, of Jewett City was charged Friday in Norwich with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.
Ashley Bright, 33, of 25 Franklin St., New London, was charged Thursday with driving an unregistered vehicle, failure to display or improper use of plates, misuse of plates and driving while license is refused, revoked or suspended.
Brian Olender, 43, of 41 Happy St., Norwich, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in proper lane and driving while license is refused, revoked or suspended.
Darius Horton, 27, of 89 Cliff St., Norwich, was charged Thursday with fourth-degree larceny.
Jonathan Cardona, 39, of 24 Fielding Drive, Uncasville, was charged Friday with improper use of marker, resgistration or license, failure to maintain lane on a multiple-lane highway, driving without a registration and failure to have minimum insurance.
