Brandon Turcotte, 37, of 28 Star St. was charged Thursday with possession of narcotics.
Jannesha Lopez, 25, of 325 Huntington St. was charged Thursday with two counts of first-degree failure to appear in court, second-degree failure to appear in court, possession of narcotics and possession of narcotics with intent to sell.
David Velez, 38, of West Hartford was charged Wednesday with possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to sell, possession of narcotics and possession of narcotics with intent to sell.
Gage Weber, 27, of 20 Colonial Drive, Groton, was charged Wednesday with evading responsibility, driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol and failure to drive on the right.

Thomas E. McGrath Jr., 24, of 47 Russell Road, Apt. 2, was charged Thursday with two counts of violation of probation.
