Howard absentee vote was quite disappointing
Greg Howard, first-term legislator representing Stonington and North Stonington, was listed in The Day Editorial as one who voted against extending "no-excuse absentee balloting," thereby prohibiting his constituents the same easy access to voting that they had when he was elected. Having chosen to reduce our access to voting, Stonington and North Stonington voters should remember this when election time comes around and vote him out.
