Groton Town

Michael Burke, 56, of 306 Virgo Drive was charged Sept. 6 with operating a motor vehicle while under suspension, evading responsibility, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and failure to drive in proper lane.


Jamie C. Johnson, 50, of 60 Smith Ave., Apt. 4, was charged Tuesday with second-degree failure to appear in court and disorderly conduct.

Jaime Murphy, 36, of 2 Manwaring Road, Apt. 5, was charged Sunday with breach of peace, third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Marjorie Y. Foskey, 51, of 121 W. Thames St. was charged Sept. 8 with breach of peace, possession of narcotics and second-degree assault.

David M. Peguero, 27, of no certain address was charged Sept. 8 with breach of peace and interfering with police.

Edwin Pena, 25, of 85 Fanning Ave. was charged Sept. 8 with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault, second-degree assault, second-degree unlawful restraint and carrying a dangerous weapon.

Matthew Poppie, 39, of 51 Manwaring Road, Norwich, was charged Wednesday in Lisbon with third-degree larceny.

Joanna Kaminski, 31, of 149 Stonybrook Road, Stonington, was charged Tuesday in Griswold with risk of injury to a child and second-degree reckless endangerment.

Corey D. Collins, 34, of Bradford, R.I., was charged Sept. 9 in North Stonington with carrying pistol without permit, carrying a firearm while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and second-degree breach of peace.
