Tyrell Horne, 36, of 12 Robinson St., Apt. 2, Pawcatuck, was charged Sept. 18 with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree strangulation.

Kayleigh M. Cabral, 33, of 12 Robinson St., Apt. 2, Pawcatuck, was charged Sept. 18 with second-degree breach of peace.

Brian T. Ahern, 40, of 50 Bunny Road, Preston, was charged Sept. 18 with driving with a suspended license, improper use of markers and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.

Anibal Cintron, 35, of 475 New London Turnpike, Apt. 3, Norwich, was charged Sept. 19 with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.
