Mystic Seaport Museum offers Field Days
Sometimes a long weekend feels like a looooooooooong weekend, especially for paretns.
Families who are looking for a distraction for energetic kids post-Thanksgiving can scoot right over to Mystic Seaport Museum.
From Friday through Sunday, the Seaport offers 19th-century lawn games, a scavenger hunt, seasonally themed craft-making and more. It’s all part of Field Days.
And since it is Thanksgiving weekend after all, everyone can learn how Thanksgiving and the fall harvest were celebrated in the past.
