Colchester games company leases space in Norwich business park

Norwich — A Colchester-based manufacturer of educational and recreational products has leased warehouse and office space in the Norwich business park, the realtor who brokered the lease announced Wednesday.

S&S Worldwide has leased additional warehouse and office space at 5 Wisconsin Ave. in the Stanley Israelite Norwich Business Park, Ron Lyman, CEO of Lyman Real Estate, announced in a news release. The seven-year lease provides the tenant with 91,132 square feet of warehouse space and 5,000 square feet for offices.

Based in Colchester, S&S Worldwide is a family business with more than 100 years of experience delivering products for learning and play. The family’s fifth generation oversees the company’s full line of arts and crafts, games and activities, sporting goods and therapy products sold to recreation, health care and educational professionals working with schoolchildren and seniors.

Lyman was the agent for landlord Jack Feinberg of 5 Wisconsin Avenue LLC. John Cafasso of Colliers International represented tenant S&S Worldwide and Co-President Adam Schwartz.
