Mystic — Mystic Aquarium will host a series of hands-on activities Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in recognition of Long Island Sound Day and to support the health of the estuary.

With funding from the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation’s Long Island Sound Futures Fund, aquarium guests can participate in field-based experiments, arts and crafts, exploration of local watershed areas and more. Visitors also can get up close to estuary animals and speak with animal experts.

Activities are included with Aquarium admission. Registration is not required.
