It was all fine and good, in the early 17th century, that Cervantes conceived a character whose mission was to defend and protect the innocent and vanquish evil people. In fact, that quest might be nobler than ever here in these spooky times.

What might be a bigger longshot in 2018, though, would be for Don Quixote and Sancho Panza to comb every comedy club and open mic event in the world and find a comic or joke that actually offends me. Tasteless and political incorrectness = funny.

And if any one Joke Person out there is capable of being too rude, it might be Jim Norton. As such, he's hilarious. If you chortle at the dark and unspeakable, Norton is your man. He hits the Fox Theater in Foxwoods Friday on his "Kneeling Room Only" tour. It's gonna be great.
