Get out on the water with the Connecticut River Museum because it’s cruising season! There are now two ways to enjoy the Connecticut River. Come aboard the Onrust, a re-creation of the first European vessel to chart the River in 1614, or hop on RiverQuest, an eco-tour boat that explores the river’s ecology, rich history, and wildlife. Choose from daily public sails and sunset cruises, or specialty cruises — like Kids Cruises or Gillette Castle viewings — to seasonal bird watching adventures with eagles, osprey, swallows, and more.
