Danielson — Eastern Connecticut Conference officials have decided to complete its entire 2017 wrestling tournament in one day and expect to hold its championship finals at approximately 8:30 p.m. today at Killingly High School.

The event was orginally scheduled to be completed over two days, but the forecast for another winter storm on Sunday forced officials to run the entire tournament today. Tournament director Dave Nowakowski said he hopes the championship semifinals will begin at 5:30 p.m., followed by the consolation semifinals, consolation finals and championship finals.

Windham is the two-time defending team champion.
