There is but one way to convince North Korea that we mean what we say in demanding a denuclearized Korean Peninsula. There is no alternative. We must begin evacuating all U.S. civilian personnel from South Korea. There is no clearer message that we are preparing to strike should they continue with the development and deployment of nuclear armed missiles.
