The Republican Tax Reform Bill passed along party lines is nothing more or less than a giveaway to the wealthy in general and political contributors specifically. What is worse, is almost no one knows all the provisions because it was dense, hundreds of pages long with illegible revisions tacked on.

A shorter bill with clear language could have, and ought to have, been submitted, but Republicans in Congress did not want the public to know how raw a deal it is.
