    Second Amendment colonial-era style

If you must, for those Second Amendment fans, allow the sale of guns, make them the ones our founding fathers intended for “a well-regulated militia.” Back then, a properly trained infantry soldier could reload his musket with a single round in 15 seconds. An inexperienced teenager can fire 45 high-velocity projectiles from an AR-15 in less than one minute.

As for the absurdity of our teachers playing cop in our classrooms, it makes as much sense to arm our teachers as it would to have our law enforcement personnel make up lesson plans. Just saying.
