Set 3-bullet limit

The U.S. fish and wildlife service has set forth the three-shot limit with shotguns (semi-automatic and pump) when hunting migratory game birds. Doesn’t it make sense to give people the same sporting chance as the birds? Limit the clip size to three shots on all semi-automatic weapons.
