Rich and Cate Steel have entered the East Lyme town election this Nov. 5 (Rich — Board of Finance, Catherine (Cate) — Board of Education) We’ve lived in East Lyme for 23 years. We know and love our town. We want: quality education and fiscal responsibility in East Lyme; future generations to receive the quality education our children received; East Lyme to thrive and live within the budget; the Board of Education and the Board of Finance to communicate. And we do!
