OK, President Trump. Now that you seem to realize the fatal extent of the coronavirus, how about doing something proactive! You can still be a hero and get this country back on its economic feet. Besides testing people for the virus, start testing people who have survived the virus. According to the John Hopkins website, at least 26% of the global population have recovered. This country is about one month behind, but we must already have thousands in this country that have recovered and there will be more. These are the people who can mingle with others without fear of spreading the virus and without fear of getting re-infected. These are the people who can replace “fallen” health care personnel; that can deliver food and necessary products; that can go to work; that can go to restaurants; etc. You should make this testing a major priority – just like the Manhattan Project. You can even generate a national list of survivors and issue a “green” card for them.
