Savvy sarcasm has no place in today's boring, politically correct journalism

For a bunch of so-called journalists, the news media certainly does not know irony, paradox, sarcasm, hyperbole, and other literary devices that make reading and listening more interesting. We have been dumbed down! Everything must be taken so literally and so politically correctly. Result: BORING!

And, as for those bullies who profess to write columns, they have become experts on statue locations (to be taken down, of course) and taunt any GOP person to "admit" (like it is a crime?) whether she or he backs President Trump. Ridiculous.

Freedom and independent Journalism? I think not.
