Nothing will be done regarding new rates

I have written letters here for years regarding Eversource. Well...at last. You will have no success regarding the rates, we never do. According to Senator Blumenthal, all this falls back on deregulation, which was done in Washington. He is always available for the camera, but never follows up, and has done nothing about what he told me was wrong with the system of rates. Remember how upset he was about Eversource bringing in foreigners to replace Northeast Utilities workers? Never followed up or kept employees in their jobs. Maybe he will do something now.

Distribution has always cost almost twice as much as the juice because they can. There appears to be eight items, which I will not go into, but one really irks me and that is the Distribution Customer Service Charge, $23.75. That is paying them to give me electricity, and then pay the other seven delivery charges. The DCSC is higher because I have electric heat, (but I use 110KWh), nothing to do with how much I use. Let's see what happens. Public Utility Regulatory Authority's phone number used to be on the bill; no more. Do not forget to turn off the lights when you leave.
