    Bringing joy to the heart (and stomach?)

    In the midst of social and political upheaval, sometimes it is well to remember the good things in life. I submit that Rick Koster's submission to fine dining, “What to Cook,” (June 16) is a case in point. I do not know how he contrived to wheedle the Caffe NV recipe for the truly outstanding Shrimp Saganaki out of Maria Longinidis but between the two of them they have brought joy to this weary heart (and stomach). So easy to make; so palate-pleasing; so authentically Greek. Do a reprint for those who missed it!
