The public and legislators have been told for years that the GMP (Gross Maximum Price) for the project would be finalized soon. It still is not. The Port Authority is keeping secret the magnitude of the most recent cost overrun, expected to be covered largely by taxpayer funds.

What is the status of the Attorney General, FBI/DOJ, and Office of State Ethics investigations of the Port Authority, State Pier, and Kosta Diamantis? What is the status of my own sign painting court case? Nearly three years later and I am still waiting to go to trial.
