Will freedom ever ring from mountainsides again?
From the mountainsides let freedom ring. Amazingly, Donald Trump, an American entrepreneur, has devoted his life to freedom, and in turn, become persecuted by those in power. Trump’s popularity is from his ability to convince people that he is their representative against the corruption in Washington, in the news media, in the federal court system, in the agencies of government that want to control individual freedom. Ronald Reagan said that government is the problem, and Trump became the first popular figure in our history, not a general, to achieve the presidency, elected by people who believed in him because he explained what he would do if he achieved office. He did exactly that when he was elected in 2016. Trump was henceforth the daily target of the mainstream press.
Now, we are watching a second attempt by Trump to reinvigorate democracy in America, against frantic administration attempts to jail him; will it once more bring votes for freedom from America's mountainsides?
