    Groton announces Summer Food Service Program sites, hours

    Groton — Groton Public Schools has announced the sites and hours for the federally funded Summer Food Service Program, which provides free meals to children under age 18.

    The meal service dates for all 16 sites in Groton are Monday through Friday, June 25 to Aug. 24.

    Breakfast hours are 8 to 8:45 a.m. at Catherine Kolnaski STEAM Magnet School; 8:15 to 8:45 a.m. at Riverfront Children's Center; 8:15 to 9 a.m. at Mary Morrisson Elementary School; 8:30 to 9 a.m. at Branford Manor, Claude Chester Elementary School, Dolphin Gardens, Washington Park and West Side Middle School; 9 to 9:30 a.m. at Bill Memorial Library, Groton Public Library and TVCCA; 9:15 to 9:45 a.m. at Community Management Office, Groton Estates and Acres Land Community Center; 9:20 to 9:40 a.m. at Poquonnock Plains Park; and 9:45 to 10:15 a.m. at Bluff Point.

    Lunch hours are 11:15 to 11:45 a.m. at Community Management Office; 11:30 a.m. to noon at Branford Manor, Catherine Kolnaski STEAM Magnet School, Dolphin Gardens, Groton Public Library and Riverfront Children's Center; 11:45 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. at Washington Park and West Side Middle School; 11:45 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Claude Chester Elementary School; noon to 12:30 p.m. at Mary Morrisson Elementary School and TVCCA; 12:10 to 12:40 p.m. at Bluff Point and Acres Land Community Center; 12:15 to 12:45 p.m. at Bill Memorial Library and Groton Estates; and 12:30 to 1 p.m. at Poquonnock Plains Park.
