Montville — The state Department of Energy and Environmental Protection will hold two presentations Tuesday on the proposed Pay-Per-Bag/Save Money and Reduce Trash (SMART) program.

The presentations, at 11 a.m. and 6 p.m., are scheduled at the Council Chambers at Town Hall.

After DEEP's presentations, the Town Council will hear remarks from the public with a three-minute limit.
