    Lyme Public Library to offer new streaming services

    The Lyme Public Library has announced in a news release that it is offering streaming services from Hoopla and RB Digital that allow library patrons to stream content to their computers, portable devices and phones.

    "Hoopla offers downloadable books and audio books, graphic novels, comic books, music, TV shows and movies," the news release states. "RB Digital offers British TV and movies from the Acorn Library, Indie Flix (independent films), The Great Courses Library, and Stingray Qello, the world’s largest collection of concert films and music documentaries."

    The library's other digital offerings include Overdrive downloadable books, audio books and magazines, Mango Languages, an online language learning tool, and findIT CT and researchIT CT from the Connecticut State Library.

    Patrons must have a valid Lyme library card and can access the resources through the Library's website at www.lymepl.org. Patrons with questions can visit the library or call it at (860) 434-2272.
