    Eagle, back in New London, open for tours

    The Eagle, the only active square-rigger in U.S. government service, will be in New London for the weekend and open for tours from noon to 5 p.m. on Friday, and 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday and Sunday at City Pier in New London.
