One critically injured in Madison accident
Madison — One person was in critical condition at Yale New Haven Hospital after a one-car accident early Saturday morning.
According to a state police dispatcher, a car traveling south on Interstate 95 crashed into a tree near Exit 61 about 2:43 a.m.
The victim was a passenger in the car and the driver was uninjured, state police said. The cause of the accident was not available and the identities of the occupants of the vehicle have not been released.
